We’re a Palestinian-owned business based in California, offering small-batch olive oil, shatta, zaatar, magdous, and culturally-inspired apparel. But we’re more than a marketplace,  we’re a bridge between tradition and action. Each product is handcrafted using timeless recipes and high-quality ingredients, sourced with integrity and care.

 

We started Olive Supply Co. with a single promise: that the world deserves to taste Palestine,  and Palestine deserves to benefit from it. That’s why 50% of our profits go directly to families in need across Palestine, providing essential support like food, medical aid, and housing assistance. With every jar, bottle, or garment you purchase, you’re not just supporting a small business,  you’re participating in something bigger.

 

Our roots trace back to the olive groves of Jenin, the spice markets of Jerusalem, and the family kitchens where stories were told through every bite.
